2. Live Sessions, Coaching & Therapy Appointments

For:

  • Live Coaching Sessions

  • NLP Training Workshops

  • Sound Counselling

  • Sound Healing Therapy Sessions

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • If canceled before 24 hours, the session may be rescheduled once (no refund).

No-Show Policy:

  • If the user does not attend the scheduled session, no refund or reschedule will be provided.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
